🌟 A textured and mineral-driven Rhône white — elegant, powerful, and strikingly pure.

👁 In the Glass:
Pale gold with greenish highlights — luminous, fresh, and refined.

👃 On the Nose:
Complex and expressive, offering aromas of white peach, pear, and fresh almond, interwoven with notes of acacia blossom, crushed stone, and a subtle hint of honeyed minerality.

👅 On the Palate:
Medium to full-bodied, delivering a silky core of orchard fruits, citrus peel, and lightly toasted nuts, supported by vibrant acidity and a distinctive granite-driven minerality. The texture is both rich and precise, flowing into a long, elegant finish with delicate notes of flint and spice.

🍽️ Food Pairing:
Perfect with grilled sea bass, lobster with beurre blanc, roast poultry with herbs, or aged Comté cheese — a superb match for richly textured yet refined dishes.

⏳ Ageing Potential:
Beautiful now for its clarity and finesse, but will age gracefully over 8–12 years, gaining deeper notes of honey, brioche, and toasted almond.
