Lost Verses Meadery’s Fruit Tree is a series of fruited meads made with organic honey and additional flavors: A mixture of sharp and bittersweet apples were sourced just after their harvest, the honey was scorched, and a final addition of cinnamon capped it off.
Bochet mead is ade from honey that has been caramelized, or in this case scorched.
