Fine Wine from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom
From the sunny South of France guaranteed to quench your thirst this summer. Literally translated, Picpoul means to “stings the lips,” in a nod to it’s traditional high acidity. This is produced just a stone’s throw from the immense Etang de Thau oyster farms and they say it is the metaphorical squeeze of lemon on your oyster or the delicate spray of sea on your face. Lévre Piquante is as fresh as it gets.
