Intense red in colour with purplish highlights. The nose is intense with aromas of rose and berries mixed in a marvellous aromatic complexity. In the mouth is naturally sweet, wide and smooth.
100% Aleatico di Puglia made from semi-dry grapes. The wine spends at least 6 months in stainless steel tanks and then a further minimum of 3 months in bottle before being released. A unique and sweet red sweet wine from Southern Italy which makes a remarkable pairing with chocolate puddings/ desserts. Intense perfume of rose and berries lead to a complex and smooth and naturally sweet mouthful. Wonderful!
