Sharp, fresh and juicy Perry Pears are partnered with cider apples in a column still before ageing in old oak casks to produce this utterly delicious Calvados from Christian Drouin. Elegant and appealing, this combines apple and citrus freshness with gentle vanilla and cinnamon spices. Fragant, eminently drinkable and deftly balanced Calvados.
