The 2021 Lacoste-Borie is a supple, charming wine, bursting with aromas of sweet cherries, berries, licorice and spices. Medium-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, with melting tannins and a generous core of fruit, it will drink well on release. It’s a blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot and 8% Cabernet Franc.
