Loads of dried fruit and honey coming off this wine. A delicious alternative to Sauternes, ideal for pairing with blue cheeses and a plethora of desserts.

Producer

Fifth generation winemaker Christian Roche, after inheriting part of this property in 1984, later decided to build his winery and really set himself up as a specialist sweet wine maker in this region. He decided to return to fundamentals, respect for the land and the plant, in his quest to develop better wines, after noting the impact that conventional farming practices were having on the soils and the quality of the wines. In this decision he converted the entire property to organic farming.
