Quite simply delightful. This is super high quality bourbon, and is only available in 200ml bottles! From New York City’s oldest whiskey distillery (est. 2010!) it is made with organic New York State corn and malted barley from… the UK! Aged for at least 12 months you get really pretty orange and vanilla aromas, some Belgian chocolate coming through too. The palate has a bitter orange note up front and then some mint chocolate, more vanilla and then a long, warming, fresh palate. It is just lovely.
