Farming: From carefully selected vineyard sites across Clare Valley, where warm days and cool nights foster ripe, concentrated fruit with freshness and structure

🔥 A bold and beautifully balanced GSM—rich, spiced, and quintessentially Clare.

👁 In the Glass:
Deep crimson with ruby flashes—dark and vibrant.

👃 On the Nose:
Generous and aromatic. Ripe plum, black cherry, and raspberry are layered with notes of sweet spice, cedar, and a whisper of dried herbs and leather.

👅 On the Palate:
Full-bodied and harmonious. Plush red and black fruits glide over velvety tannins, with Shiraz adding spice, Grenache bringing juiciness, and Mataro contributing savoury depth. The finish is long, warming, and textured.

🍽 Food Pairing:
Ideal with grilled lamb, smoky barbecued meats, hearty casseroles, or aged cheddar. A bold red that pairs perfectly with rich, flavourful dishes.

⏳ Ageing Potential:
Delicious now, but will evolve beautifully over 5–8 years, developing greater complexity and depth.

✨ Why You’ll Love It:
Kilikanoon’s Killerman’s Run GSM is a masterfully crafted blend—vibrant, structured, and deeply satisfying. A true expression of Clare Valley’s richness and elegance in every glass.
