Given his long history in the Yarra Valley, it came logical Tom Carson, winemaker at Yabby Lake, step to access a few vineyards there and create Jumping Creek. The winemaking philosophy is very similar obviously to Yabby Lake, hand picked, wild yeast, 500L French Oak puncheons and ageing on lees.
