🍷 Jummare – Organic Nero d’Avola
Italy | Sicily | IGT Terre Siciliane | 100% Nero d’Avola
Style: Still Red Wine | Winemaking: Organically grown grapes are gently vinified with minimal intervention, fermented in stainless steel to preserve fruit purity, and matured briefly to highlight freshness and varietal character
Farming: From organically farmed vineyards in Sicily’s sun-drenched interior, where warm days, cool nights, and volcanic soils bring depth, ripeness, and balance to this native Sicilian variety

🌿 A bold yet balanced Sicilian red—ripe, savoury, and organically vibrant.

👁 In the Glass:
Dark ruby with violet edges—deep and inviting.

👃 On the Nose:
Fragrant and fruit-driven. Ripe forest berries, blackberry, and juicy cherry are layered with subtle notes of Mediterranean herbs and balsamic spice.

👅 On the Palate:
Fresh and pulpy. Lush dark fruit is framed by soft, supple tannins and a lively acidity. A savoury streak adds depth, while the finish is smooth, long, and gently balsamic.

🍽 Food Pairing:
Perfect with grilled lamb, Sicilian caponata, aubergine parmigiana, or herbed sausages. A great companion for flavourful, rustic dishes.

⏳ Ageing Potential:
Best enjoyed young—within 3–5 years—for its juicy freshness and aromatic lift.

✨ Why You’ll Love It:
Jummare Organic Nero d’Avola is a beautifully expressive red—sunny, earthy, and effortlessly drinkable. A soulful take on Sicily’s signature grape, made with purity and heart.
