The ‘Sensal’ wines are Javi’s ‘village’ wines and blend fruit from several vineyard plots. ‘Sensal’ Blanc is 100% Malvasia. Unoaked, it offers aromas of citrus fruit, green pear and wild lemon thyme, underpinned by a saline minerality. Bright and linear on the palate, complemented by an impressively textured mouthfeel and a long, savoury finish.
