Pumpkin Ale
Starting with a rich, grain laden base Jackie O’s layered in loads of brown sugar to deepen its lavish caramel tones. They then fermented with sweet, fruity pumpkin, and carved out a supple spice profile with the addition of a blend of pumpkin pie spices, fresh ginger, and vanilla beans.
Style: Holiday Ale. Flavour profile: caramel, sweet, vanilla.
