Miniature gin from the Isle of Wight distillery
Isle of Wight Mermaid Gin captures the essence of the island’s coastal character in a perfectly sized 5cl bottle. This 42% ABV expression delivers a vibrant botanical profile with bright citrus notes, subtle floral undertones, and a distinctive maritime minerality that reflects its island provenance.Tasting Notes: Fresh lemon and grapefruit on the nose, followed by juniper-forward palate with hints of sea salt and delicate florals. The finish is clean and crisp with a lingering herbal warmth. Ideal neat, over ice, or as the foundation for a refined gin and tonic.
