Artisan Gin from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
Illicit Gin is the signature gin from the Illicit Spirits Distillery and a traditional London Dry Gin. Using a direct-fired copper pot still, and a balance of traditional gin botanicals, this juniper dominant gin features a fresh pine taste, with a hint of citrus and spice.
