Great to have this fantastic producer from the Franken region back in our portfolio. All the wines are excellent, but this really struck me. Years ago we sold this as a Silvaner Spatlese Trocken, now sensibly shortened to S! This is superb. Zesty and fresh, quite tightly wound and minerally with a lovely core of pure crisp fruit and a hint of spice on a long finish. Hints of pineapple and ripe pear with a zesty finish.
