Hebridean Wisp returns! After the sell-out success of the 15-year-old bottling, Fruitful Spirits returns with this release drawn from the same 50-year-old ex-Solera oloroso sherry butt. Those extra 12 months have deepened its character significantly, with an array of dense dark fruit and warm bakery spices set within a soft saline peat. Just 180 bottles have been released, without added colour or chill-filtration.

Nose: Coastal salinity with light peat smoke, balanced by sweet raisin and gentle spice

Palate: Rich dark fruit, complemented by a soft saline peat influence

Finish: Lingering smoke with a touch of oaky dryness
