Fruit was cold pressed in stainless steel tanks, 15% old puncheon barrel and 1/3 Amphora.
Very dry, racy, and firm and yet opens up with lively jasmine, spicy ginger, white tea floral notes over a structured palate and intense, mineral finish. Zesty and fresh with a purity and intensity that makes the wine feel so alive. Delicious, will age well, but stunning now!
