🍷 Greywacke – Marlborough Pinot Noir: Lush, Spiced Elegance from New Zealand’s South Island 🌿
New Zealand, Marlborough | Pinot Noir

Crafted by legendary winemaker Kevin Judd, Greywacke’s Marlborough Pinot Noir is a bold yet graceful expression of New Zealand’s cool-climate potential. Deeply coloured and packed with personality, it’s a Pinot that balances ripe fruit richness with polished structure and spicy intrigue.

🍒 Generous, Fragrant & Seductively Spiced:
The nose is intensely aromatic, with lush dark cherry, plum, and a swirl of cedar spice and hot-smoked nuts. The palate is full and velvety, offering rich layers of ripe fruit, fine tannins, and a long, savoury finish dusted with subtle pepper and toasty oak.

🌬️ Cool Climate, Bold Character:
Grown in Marlborough’s southern valleys, this Pinot Noir is deeply influenced by cool nights and long sunshine hours—producing fruit of great concentration and purity, while retaining elegance and freshness.

🍽️ Perfect with Earthy, Savoury Dishes:
Pair with duck confit, roasted mushrooms, seared salmon, or herb-crusted lamb. Ideal for cooler evenings, intimate dinners, or simply savouring a wine that delivers depth and grace in equal measure.

✨ Why You’ll Love It:
Greywacke Pinot Noir is bold yet refined—beautifully textured, intensely aromatic, and unmistakably New Zealand. For Pinot lovers who appreciate richness with restraint, this is a standout that impresses from first sip to final swirl.
