A complex and well-rounded expression, matured only in sherry seasoned oak casks, a high proportion first fill
Nose: Tangy rich citrus orange oil, some soft toffee and rich vanilla pods, ripe apples pear and almonds, with a little soft oak spice and fresh ginger.
Palate: Smooth and sweet fruity opening, stem ginger, Turkish delight, hints of dark chocolate and vanilla, peaches and white chocolate, gentle hints of pepper and honey, leading to a lingering rich spice and fruit finish.
