Coastal distillery Glenglassaugh is loved for good reason – and this independently bottled release from Tri Carragh shows off exactly why. Distilled back in 2018, this youthful seven-year-old bottling offers all manner of floral, liquorice and festive spice notes, set in a smooth, creamy texture. The last 21 months of its maturation took place in a first-fill Saint Emillion wine cask.
