Casks: Pedro Ximenez, Oloroso Sherry & Port Pipe
Tasting Note: 10 years old, this port-finished dram offers rich cherry chocolate liqueurs, juicy strawberry, orange zest and a warming, woody spice. There’s a dusting of cocoa on the long and creamy finish, a stunning dram during the cooler months of the year.
