Nose: Fragrant with summer grass meadows and creamy vanilla. Hints of peppery spices and zingy citrus, sweeten to candied lemons
Palate: Almost a mirror of the palate for a moment or two, the sweetness of the vanilla and the roundness of the fruit add a great depth to this dram, a tangy zesty citrus and soft peppers from the nose are flowing across the mid palate. With a little honeycomb to add a rich lingering aftertaste that is very tempting to pour another.
