Sherry cask matured
Nose: Stewed apple, red berries and hints of chocolate and gentle notes of toasted oak, some mellow honey and soft gingerbread.
Palate: A lingering rich mid note on the front of the palate, sherry cask notes flow alongside some orchard fruits, some chocolate and vanilla, soft toasted cinnamon buns and lingering spices.
