👁 In the Glass:
Bright ruby with translucent clarity—delicate yet striking.

👃 On the Nose:
Seductive aromatics of wild strawberry, cranberry, and pomegranate, lifted by floral notes of rose and violet. Subtle hints of spice, earth, and coastal breeze add depth and intrigue.

👅 On the Palate:
Silky and savoury with layers of red fruit, dried herbs, and fine spice. Taut acidity and fine-grained tannins create a graceful, linear structure. The finish is long, mineral-laced, and deeply satisfying—every sip lingers with finesse.

Perfect with duck confit, grilled salmon, mushroom ragù, or roast quail. Its finesse and vibrancy also make it a beautiful match for game and umami-rich vegetarian dishes.

Already enchanting, but will evolve beautifully over 6–10 years, gaining savoury complexity and silky texture.
