Frangelico 70cl

Frangelico, the iconic liqueur encased in a charming monk’s habit bottle, is a taste of Italy in every sip. This beloved hazelnut liqueur boasts a rich history and an even richer flavour profile, making it a versatile addition to any well-stocked drinks cabinet.

Frangelico’s origins weave a captivating tale. Legend speaks of hermit monks in Italy’s Piedmont region, who, over 300 years ago, concocted a liqueur using the bounty of local Tonda Gentile hazelnuts. These plump, prized nuts are smaller than their commercially grown counterparts, but their flavour is anything but diminutive. They lend Frangelico its signature character – a deep, toasty hazelnut essence that lingers on the palate.
