A West Coast-style India Pale Ale made with a base of local two row pilsner malt, a dash of dextrin malt, and flaked oats. Then they hopped it with McKenzie, Strata, and Vista and fermented it with a classic Westy yeast strain for maximum dryness and ultimate crushability.
With a backbone boasting firm assertive bitterness and full hop saturation, this clear and crushy west coasty showcases big notes of pink lemonade, grapefruit marm and candied pear with an assertive virginia pine needle presence bursting throughout.
