“It all started in 2014, in the dead of winter, when we released our first edition of BQE – a coffee stout named after the artery that connects Brooklyn and Queens. A celebration of the boroughs we lived and worked, we sourced cacao nibs from chocolate makers in Brooklyn and coffee roasted in Queens. Brooklyn Queens Espresso stout was born.”
