Shaved, toasted and re-charred ex-red wine casks finish the ex-bourbon matured ‘field to bottle’ whisky with layers of sweet spices and red fruits.Tasting Notes: Expect a rich palate of dark berries and plum, complemented by warming cinnamon and clove. The finish is smooth and lingering, with subtle oak influence and a gentle sweetness that reflects the wine cask maturation. A complex dram that rewards slow sipping.
