Fiji 2012 The Wild Parrot 53.8% 70cl
A beautiful Fijian rum here, distilled at the South Pacific Distillery in 2012 and bottled 13 years later by indie Hidden Spirits. It’s bold, intense, complex and deliciously full bodied, offering an array of papaya, ripe banana, honeydew melon and baking spice notes. The finish drifts on and on into an aromatic drying oak profile. Elegant stuff.
