Farina Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2016 [75cl] Italy
With its unique wine making process, using only the best grapes from the best vineyards, this wine is always produced in very limited quantities. Only the ripest grapes are used, which are left to dry on wooden slats, then the very concentrated juice is matured in large wooden vats. Oozing with fruit purity and aromas of liquorice and truffles, this powerful wine is fabulously concentrated.
