Coming all the way from Seattle we have a trio of beers from Fair Isle. Harlen was brewed with a simple but powerful grain bill of Genie Pils and Sonora White Wheat from LINC Malts and hopped with Saaz, Harlen is light and lean but with a silky mouthfeel thanks to the wheat. It was lagered in the foeder with their mixed culture for over a month before packaging, where it then naturally conditioned in the can. Bright, refreshing, and with a touch of palate-cleansing bitterness in the finish.
