Fine Wine from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
Indulgent yet refined, this champagne offers aromas of citrus and white peach, leading to a dynamic, harmonious palate that is equally pleasing on its own or with food.
A delicate champagne, with subtle minerality and blooms of fresh citrus. Finished with zero dosage, its spectacular purity and underlying finesse are allowed to shine through.
EPC is a very young Champagne brand launched in 2019 with the ambition to revitalize the Champagne production, making it more accessible in particular to a younger market. Each cuvée is the fruit of a single grape variety, from a single terroir and a single vintage, with minimum levels of sugars and sulphites. EPC Champagnes are 100% traceable. The winemakers are true partners and produce the cuvées themselves with the collaboration of the EPC cellarman, Richard Dailly.
