🍷 Emiliana – Coyam: A Bold, Organic Icon from the Colchagua Valley 🌱
Chile, Colchagua Valley | Organic Red Blend
A trailblazer in sustainable winemaking, Coyam is Emiliana’s flagship red—a powerful, elegant blend that helped put Chilean Carmenère back on the world map. Organically grown and thoughtfully blended, this wine is rich in fruit, deep in character, and unmistakably rooted in its Colchagua terroir.
🍒 Sumptuous, Spicy & Incredibly Expressive:
The nose is a burst of morello cherry, mulberry, and wild berries, wrapped in vanilla, sweet spice, and savoury herbs. The palate is equally intense, with layers of ripe fruit, dusty earthiness, mint, and mineral notes. Silky tannins, generous volume, and a long, characterful finish make this a deeply satisfying red.
🌿 A Pioneer of Organic Chilean Blends:
Coyam—meaning “oak forest” in the local Mapuche language—is more than just a wine. It’s a statement of commitment to organic farming, biodiversity, and the expression of place through a bold, beautifully balanced blend.
🍽️ Perfect with Hearty, Earthy Dishes:
Pair with beef stew, spiced pasta dishes, mild cheeses, or even dried fruits. A stunning match for warming meals, rustic feasts, or fireside evenings with rich, savoury flavours.
✨ Why You’ll Love It:
Emiliana Coyam is bold yet refined—a layered, soulful wine that speaks of place and purpose. For fans of powerful reds with a sustainable spirit and plenty of personality, this is a Chilean classic that always delivers.
