Artisan Spirits from our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
The Añejo tequila from El Mayor’s range spends at least 18 months ageing in small, charred white oak barrels before being bottled (in their pleasing, distinctly shaped bottles, of course). This is crafted by Master Distiller Rodolfo Gonzalez in the Mexican highlands using 100% agave.
Rich, fruity agave, chewy caramels and plenty of oak warmth to the nose.Tropical fruit and continued herbaceous.
