El Convertido Tempranillo Tinto Organic Red 12.5% – 75cl
The soils are of sandy clay, poor in organic content and rich in lime- stone and chalk.
The wine is un-oaked, but enjoys good structure because of the natural concentration.
Nose: Some deep red fruits, berries, hints of damson.
Taste: Fantastically deep violet colour, clean and lively, with juicy sweetness and length on the palate.
