‘Pale straw in the glass, the wine reveals aromas of white peaches and vanilla, with plenty of peppery spice. The mouth is awash with green apples, pears and peaches, honeyed brioche and oyster shells. The finish drives home classic Egly pepper and chalk, with incredible energy and liveliness. Fresh yet very sensual and a youthful gem that has many years ahead of it.’
