Eagle Rare 12-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey – 47.5%

Eagle Rare 12 Year is a distinguished Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Buffalo Trace Distillery that showcases the depth and finesse that come with time in the barrel. Aged for a minimum of 12 years in new American oak, it’s bottled at 95 proof (47.5 % ABV) and built on Buffalo Trace’s classic Mash Bill #1, resulting in a rich yet balanced profile that appeals to seasoned bourbon drinkers and collectors alike.

On the nose, expect sweet oak with hints of almond and vanilla, while the palate offers layers of caramel, toasted oak and warm toffee with subtle spice, leading to a long, smooth finish that lingers with oak and sweet warmth. This expression extends the legacy of the popular Eagle Rare line by adding extra maturity and complexity, making it a standout aged bourbon that’s equally suited for sipping neat or enjoying with a splash of water.
