Duration (x Fonta Flora) Difficult Takes a Day, Impossible Takes a Week

The fruits of some very long labour ‘Difficult Takes A Day’ named to reference to Jay Z’s riff on Kanye’s version of Diamond’s from Sierra Leonne, remember the Shirley Bassey original?

A diamond of a beer we sipped this one off foeder across the pandemic to keep reminding ourselves why we set up our farmhouse brewery in Norfolk. Our first ever coolshipped beer was almost 2 years in the making. Brewed after Cloudwaters Friends & Family & Beer festival when Todd and Jeremy were over from Fonta Flora (North Carolina). Barrel-aged for 19 months in a lightly steamed foeder before transferring to stainless and adding 200kg of sweet and sour cherries. Bottle conditioned for a further 2 months.
