Dornoch 5 Year Old 2017 55.91% 50cl
A fantastic, super-rare bottling from cult distillery Dornoch, made from organic Plumage Archer barley. Aged in a single first-fill bourbon octave filled in August 2017, it was aged for five years ahead of bottling in 2022. Just 72 bottles, clad in a design by artist Gavin Ryan Thomson, were released at natural colour and cask strength, without chill-filtration.
