Beaujolais fizz with proper hillside energy. Old-vine Gamay from steep pink-granite slopes, bottled early for naturally gentle bubbles and zero make-up. Cloudy ruby in the glass, bursting with wild strawberry, raspberry, citrus peel and fresh bread crust. Bright, chalky and savoury beneath the juicy fruit, with persistent fizz and a salty granite edge that keeps everything lifted. Fresh, vibrant and dangerously drinkable, despite just 2g/L residual sugar.
Brilliant as an aperitif, but equally at home with charcuterie, soft cheeses or fruit-led desserts.
