A whiskey ten years in the making, this Single Malt has been patiently matured in a careful marriage of Bourbon, Port, and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. Triple distilled in copper pot stills, it has developed a layered complexity shaped not only by wood and time, but also by the unique coastal microclimate of Dingle. Here, Atlantic air and shifting weather conditions influence every cask, ensuring individuality in each expression. This natural interaction of spirit, cask, and place makes the 10-Year-Old a true reflection of Dingle’s philosophy—independent, hand-crafted, and guided by patience. More than an age statement, it represents a decade of dedication and a whiskey that carries both the character of its casks and the spirit of its home.
