Fresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
Transport your palate with Sour Times, our indulgent take on a classic Mango Lassi. This sour ale is conditioned on massive amounts of sweet, velvety mango purée, complemented by a delicate touch of spice and smooth Madagascar vanilla. The addition of lactose provides a thick, creamy mouthfeel that perfectly balances the sharp lactic acidity. It’s a liquid dessert that is rich, tangy, and incredibly refreshing—think sunshine in a glass with a decadent, silky finish.
