Fresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
Zingy session strength sour. A heavy wheat base was soured with lactobacillus to a lay down a tart, puckering base. Fermented with our house yeast then loaded with raspberry puree and a touch of vanilla. Refreshing but highly drinkable.
