We’re big fans of Speyside distillery Dailuaine here at Milroy’s. So too is independent bottler Hidden Spirits it would seem – and this 15-year-old release is a delight. Fully matured in an ex-bourbon barrel, it’s light, bright and fresh, with citrus and stone fruit notes, along with a dash of spice. Lovely stuff indeed.
