This is a delicious declassified Marsanne from the Northern Rhone. Has classic varietal flavours with the added benefit of good acidity. Perfumed with marmalade, fresh citrus and spice. On the palate it’s got pineapple, hints of grapefruit, mandarin, spice, quite weighty but fresh at the same time. So much more interesting than many far higher priced Rhone whites.
