Fine Wine from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
30 year old pergola trained vines on decomposed granite, within 2km of the Atlantic coast. A very Atlantic wine. Grapes are pressed directly and fermented in old French oak barrels. Crisp, fresh and tangy with a pronounced saline finish.
