Fresh Craft Beer from our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
West Coast Brewing are regarded as one of Japans premier hop-forward breweries. We’ve come together with this dual release DIPA to explore the concept of hops as Umami. By blending the full spectrum of hop flavours—from dank and piney to citrus and tropical—we’ve aimed to created a profile that is deep, rich, and complex.
