Produced from a single vineyard on the North Downs of Kent, this premium English Chardonnay is widely considered one of the finest still white wines in the UK. It offers a complex and sophisticated profile of white peach, melon, and toasted hazelnuts, underpinned by a distinct flinty minerality and integrated oak notes from nine months of wild yeast fermentation and aging in French oak.
