60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. 100% of the wine is aged in oak barrels on thin lees having stopped the malolactic fermentation. Fred Savart is a garagiste with a tiny production who let nature speak freely from the small and neglected premier cru-village Sacy. The wines are fine, clear and intense in the biodynamic school. Dominated by tart and rich acidity on palate with the most delicate bubbles on the mousse. Screaming ‘Please drink me now.’
